"I received a call early in the day to confirm arrival time.  Andrew was very punctual.  He was friendly and professional.  He thoroughly cleaned over twenty windows and a sliding glass door in under two hours.  He did not require us to move furniture or remove draperies from the windows.  He did ask that any fragile objects be moved from the area in front of windows.  When he was finished, my windows are shiny bright and clean, everything was put back in place, including draperies.  Andrew worked cleanly and left absolutely no mess when he was done. "Vladim and his brother are very nice and did a good job with the shower enclosure and the rear fence. The fence looks nice and is what we wanted. There are several reasons for my negative review: - They never arrived when they were supposed to - they were at least 1.5- 2 hours late for each appointment - They were missing one final piece for our rear yard fence which they said would "provide additional security" since we have small children. They promised they would swing by in the coming days to install it. They never showed up, I called and texted multiple times, sent several emails and have not heard anything. It's now been over a month and this one small piece is still not here. We provided plenty of time for them to respond before deciding to post this review. Overall their work is good and they are nice but their responsiveness, reliability and punctuality leave a lot to be desired."

"I am so happy with the work Gleason Investments performed at my home.  First and foremost, Darnell (nicknamed "Aziz") and his crew did an outstanding job repairing the sheetrock in my ceilings after I had some extensive electrical work done in my condo in Hoboken.  I asked Aziz to make it look like "nothing ever happened", and that's exactly what he did.  My ceilings are smooth and look better than ever.  The quality of Aziz's work is outstanding, and I'm so glad I had the good sense to hire him.  It's also worth noting that Aziz is an extremely nice guy, and a true pleasure to work with.

3.  Aziz made sure I reviewed his work, and stated numerous times that he would not leave until I was happy with the job.  In my opinion, that is the hallmark of an outstanding contractor.

"Patrick came on june 14 to inspect roof and see the other damages caused by the leak in bedroom and dining.Then he gave us an estimate for the roof repair,1600,which was exactly the final amount.HE also gave us an estimate for the internal repairs to be done so i can submit to the insurance co.we are awaiting payment from ins. So thay can start the repairs .So far it has been a good experiance with this company as was the 2 privious jobs they have done for us.They will be our go handymen in the future.

He really listened to how we intended to use the space, our lifestyle and our needs and worked with us until the design was just right. He had some challenges to face in a house built in 1901 but solved them all. He even figured out to put a hidden storage facility behind a wall in the bathroom - ensuring functionality while not affecting the design of the bathroom. And he constructed a door out of our original beam that everyone asks about when they come visit - such a beautiful conversation starter. We love our space and use it every single day.
