"D & M was terrific. Danny arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer. He explained our options and the cost of each, and then made the repair. He made sure everything was working before he finished, cleaned some mold and mildew out of the washer, and took the time to make sure that I understood how the problem happened and how to prevent it going forward. He cleaned our dryer vent and dryer very thoroughly. I will definitely call D & M next time that I have an appliance issue."

He is a very young guy, but incredibly knowledgeable. You gotta love that Scottish brogue!! My kitchen sink is a great example of what to expect from him, it was simply a hose that needed tightening. He showed me the problem, including how to fix it myself in the future and fixed it in about 2 minutes. With the washer, he told me it was an issue for the manufacturer, which I appreciated. He was able to quickly turn my warm shower into a hot one. I appreciate his honesty and expertise, he was great. He is the one I will call if I need a plumber again."

I purchased this service as a BIG DEAL on Angie's list and it was done within a few days. It could not have been easier. Using Angie's list to send messages back and forth was perfect for me! I did speak with Anthony the owner and he was polite and easy to speak to. I picked out what tiles I wanted and sent him the SKU and he picked it all up on the way to my house. They worked with me on my times as only afternoon is available for me to have work done. They arrive on time started right away was finished in a couple of hours and even went beyond and did a few extra touches for me that I had asked about. I will use them again in fact spoke to them before they left about other work I wish to have done. They were easy to deal with and very neat all was clean when they left. I am very happy I did this and happier that I chose Gandolfo construction. It is easy to see why they have an "A" rating!"
