He tried to repair it but was not able to due to the age of the unit and the damage. We needed a new unit and he was here to put it in first thing Wednesday morning. Took him two hours and our AC was working. He was nice and professional. We felt the price was reasonable. Would use him again and recommend his business."

"where do i start .. from a good company being honorable 7 years ago to a shady sketchy company... called the owner RAY recently as my minisplit crashed and died asked if he could come and replace it if i got a new one he said yes he would schedual it ... in conversation all they were to do was replace inside unit outside unit and recharge and be gone/done.. they showed up LATE they chose on their own to rip out the entire system and rewire it leaving holes in the siding that was not discussed (meanwhile i was here on site and so was family member that could call me and facetime if there was a concern) they route the drain line over a casement window as opposed to running it to the drain that was there so now i have possibly water damage issues called the owner he said they told him i told them what to do which was NOT the case (on video) they left a wire hanging out exposed to elements for no reason at all the owner comes by a few days later to 'fix' the issue says not fixing it "
