He assessed within 10 minutes that a capacitor in one of our units had blown, probably due to a line surge from a lightning storm, and had a replacement capacitor in his truck. The capacitor was replaced and the repair completed in 30 minutes. He then a quick review of our entire system to assess its overall health. "Owner is a very down to earth, nice guy.  I originally had him come in to check my ac system last year after we first moved in and noticed the air was not coming out cold.  He quickly checked the system and told me we were low on freon.  He told me the pros and cons and I took the risk and tried to recharge the system knowing there was a chance the leak was large enough that the freon may just all leak out.  He recharged and it lasted the whole summer.  This summer came around and we tried one more time and got through the summer on a charge again.  Owner is not pushy, nor will he try to upsell you or sell you services you do not need.  Strongly considering replacing at least one a/c unit (we have two) this winter and if we do, will definitely go with this company.  Highly recommended.
