"I needed a vent pipe rerouted in my attic, as the original design was not installed to let the water drain. Mike from Tom Drexler called to let me know he was on his way, gave me the estimate before starting work, and explained what he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the pipes quickly and made sure it was working properly before leaving. I was very satisfied with the service. The price was more than I was expecting but I am happy to have this fixed, as it was causing leaks in my kitchen ceiling and I should not have any other issues. I will be requesting Mike for any future plumbing issues."

"Replaced a very old water heater for me. Mike discussed my options of trying to repair the old heater, and the cost of replacement, which would come with warranty. Mike and Griff did everything - they arranged for the permit, removed the old heater, and installed the new one, all for a great price. Efficient, good price and really nice to work with, I will definitely contact them if I need any other work done."
