"Do not listen to the yelp reviews about this company. I read them, decided to try them out because Google reviews is the exact opposite of the yelp reviews. They are reviewed really high. Anyways, Josh came and not only repaired our HVAC unit , but for next to nothing repaired our refrigerator and ice maker as well. Great company, and use yelp for food, not for service industry lol. "They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
