"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

""Michael" showed up on the day I called him, which was very wonderful as the following day we set an all time record for high heat in April in Arizona. So this was "above and beyond" service. He explained each part of the repair so I had confidence in his knowledge and ability, and he had the correct replacement parts on his truck. He repaired BOTH of my Air Conditioner units for a reasonable price and provided preventive maintenance check-ups and cleaned the coils before he left. I RECOMMEND True North Air Conditioning 100% and we already have people our here in Kearny wanting to get him out to tune up their A/C units for the summer.
