Get matched with top drain line breakage camera locaters in Florence, CO

"Optic Sewer Pipe LLC did a great job with our sewer camera inspection. They were very professional and explained everything they found clearly. The camera inspection gave us a much better understanding of the condition of our sewer line. Excellent service and highly recommended!"

"They were on time, ready to work & worked steady until it was done. Was actually a gas line installation in an older home where there are always challenges - they figured out what WOULD work when the initial plan obviously wasn't going to work. Great job."

"Andre did an AMAZING JOB on my swamp cooler line repair fast and very reliable. I recommend Andre to anyone needing help. And very affordable too!"

I have 8 years of plumbing experience, working side by side with my dad and learning the trade through hard work and hands-on experience. I take pride in providing quality workmanship, solving problems efficiently, and treating every home with care and respect. The best part of my job is helping customers by delivering honest, reliable service and making sure they're satisfied with the work.

"The plumber not only got the sink draining again, but found the cause of the problem in a seldom used sink downstairs. He cleared out both areas and made sure everything was running smoothly. He also gave me some advice on other plumbing projects I have in mind for the future. He was very thorough and professional and really knew his business. I have used Advantage before and will call them again."

"Communication is a problem with this company. I had to call to make the appointment even though I had all the dates available on the signup. On Monday the day of the appointment, I had to call to check on my appointment which was 10-12 at 11:40. They said they would be out there shortly, but I had to call back again at 1:15 to cancel( outraged) -a waste of my day off. Setup the appointment for Friday for 8-10 but, yet again I called they had my name down but, didn't have a time for me. They did dispatch a technician right away and he accomplished the task of replacing an outside hose bib and line in a timely and professional manner."

"Freezer was given to us by my mother who bought it new in 1993. When we plugged it in it wouldn’t get cold. I Was expecting a large delivery of beef so time was critical. Paul was very responsive and arranged in short notice to have an experienced technician, Jesus, come do the repair, even located replacement parts which based on age was a challenge. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend."

"As any ball player will tell you, you can?t expect to hit a
home run every time at bat. Sometimes it?s a swing and a miss. The most
important thing, however, is that the batter works hard to improve.
This describes my experience with Improvement Pros. I
purchased a three hour special, and I had a small job that I didn?t think would
require much work. I had three small squares cut from a basement ceiling that
needed to be put back up and the drywall repaired so that the cut outs were no
longer visible. Making it a little more challenging was a textured ceiling.
The original drywall repair guy told me he could do it, but
that it would take the full three hours or even slightly longer. It took about
three hours and fifteen minutes. But I was not satisfied, nor was I ?sold? when
he told me the lines I could see where the squares fit back into the ceiling
would disappear when the material dried. I?ve done plenty of drywall repair in
my life, and I knew better. It did not look to me like the technician used
drywall tape since the gaps were very apparent. Rather than argue about it, I
waited until morning when it was dry and I could say to myself, ?Told you so!?
I called Improvement Pros back and spoke with the wonderful
receptionist and scheduler, who happens to be married to the owner, John. When
I explained the situation, she told me the company would make it right. She put
me in contact with John, and we scheduled a day and time for the repair. John
was wonderful, and he spent about five hours at my home fixing the original
work and making it blend in better than I could have hoped for. The repair
looks wonderful.
Although my initial experience with Improvement Pros could
have been better, I am a satisfied customer because this is a company that
stands behind its work and is committed to customer satisfaction. I would recommend
them to anyone.
