"Day of estimate, no one showed up so waited 1/2 hr to call and about 1/2 later he showed up. Would have been nice to receive a call that they would be late. Granite guys were good. The granite windowsill was supposed to be replaced same day as countertops but I guess they forgot to template it. Windowsill wasn't replaced until the day the backspash was being replaced so they were all tripping over themselves in my little kitchen. Backsplash took two days to complete. Major complaint was the tile was not installed the angle I asked. I asked for diagonal and he installed the tiles straight. Two walls were already up when I noticed. Miscommunication between KOL and the installer. Minor complaint there was some of the electrical outlets were not cut out of the tile big enough, so can only screw one end of electrical out back in."

I was introduced to Love Tile and Marble through a claim with my home owner's insurance. Kevin and his team were sent out as sub-contractors for the tile repair. The insurance company paired us with a project manager to handle all aspects of the demolition and re-building of our two bathrooms. Long story short - we had a terrible experience with that project manager, and their other sub-contractors (the electrician, plumber, etc). The ONLY positive experience we had through the entire process was with Love Tile and Marble. Their workmanship was superior. They showed professionalism. And just as important, they showed respect for my home. These guys put down canvas to protect my hardwood floors and wiped their boots on the mat before they came in. It may seem like small gestures. But, through the 3 months of hellish renovations and dozens of contractors in and out of my home, the respectful ones stand out. 

After choosing my new floor tile, Kevin made suggestions on the pattern because of the imperfections in the tile (1/3 pattern, as opposed to the 1/2 pattern I originally wanted). I agreed with his suggestion and the floors came out beautifully! We also hired him again for other work, since we were so happy with his previous work. 

Bottom line - Kevin and his team are utterly fantastic. Fair and reasonable prices for top quality workmanship (which I can personally attest - is tough to find these days)."

"Darryl arrive on time and completed a thorough cleaning of our tile in kitchen, laundry and mud rooms.  Floors looked so great, that I requested he also include our sunroom.  The floors looked so fresh and new that my husband wasn't sure it was the same house! "Fantastic; The ceramic tile including ceiling and walls are masterfully done. Even have two niches for shampoo, soap and razor. The new tile is mounted on cement board that was coated with an expandable sealer. (the 30 year old tile was just installed on drywall). A laser was used to insure tile grout lines would be perfectly aligned. William also removed grout from existing floor tile I had put in two years ago and installed matching grout of new wall tiles- the floor looks brand new now! All work professionally done for a beautiful installation. And W Floorings subcontractor measured and installed a new stylish glass shower door. I’m am handicapped and I was so impressed how William insured that the new shower will work and be accessible for me."

"We had a problem with Hurricane Sandy, and we lost a roof over the kitchen and part of the house, and we got all the water coming in into the kitchen and destroyed the whole kitchen. The granite transformation was only done 5 years before that. We were very happy with them.We removed the tiles, and they  had put the granite on top of the tiles, and so the end result was beautiful. We were happy with it, and the only problem was Sandy. It destroyed everything. We had to change the whole kitchen after that, and we could not save the counter top, so we had to remove it, and the only way we could remove the cabinets, was to smash the counter tops. It needed a lot of strength because it was a very strong piece. It was L-shaped with a sink in the center, which they also supplied. Another part was 6 weeks long on the other side of the range. It was very solid and very strong, you could put anything on it, whether hot or cold, and you could cut veges, and it did not leave any marks. It was very nice. They were very punctual, and they were very nice people."
