They removed old unit and disposed of it installed new unit in a hour came inside checked vent for heat/pressure and registered my unit. I will also be using them for seasonal maintenance when needed. Techs were very respectful and efficient and answered my questions. I will definitely recommend air time to my friends/family."

After a brief call to them, a technician (Jason) arrived and he intently listened as I explained the tankless hot-water heater problems and the maintenance history of the unit. Afterwards, Jason carefully explained possible causes and what actions he would be taken to diagnose the problem(s). Jason quickly discovered the problem, repaired the unit and explained what actions were taken. The repair cost was fair and reasonable; much less than I expected. Tim made sure everything was working to his satisfaction before he left and told us he would check back in a day or so to make sure it was functioning properly. My wife and myself very pleased.
