They removed old unit and disposed of it installed new unit in a hour came inside checked vent for heat/pressure and registered my unit. I will also be using them for seasonal maintenance when needed. Techs were very respectful and efficient and answered my questions. I will definitely recommend air time to my friends/family."

After a brief call to them, a technician (Jason) arrived and he intently listened as I explained the tankless hot-water heater problems and the maintenance history of the unit. Afterwards, Jason carefully explained possible causes and what actions he would be taken to diagnose the problem(s). Jason quickly discovered the problem, repaired the unit and explained what actions were taken. The repair cost was fair and reasonable; much less than I expected. "Recently, purchased a new home and was not happy with the air flow from the hvac system. Two field techs came out to look at my 20 year old system and found that the ductwork was improperly installed creating an airflow problem within the entire house. A new ductwork system was designed, adding a 2nd zone and a bypass trunk to the system. The 5 person crew arrived first thing in the morning, evaluated the system and got right to work. Before I knew it the old system was removed and the new system was being installed. Originally, I was told that it could take 2 days to remove and install the new system, but the crew did the entire job in 12 hours! Yes, they crew as onsite until 9:00 PM! The newly installed system was designed for my specific attic space and the new design makes far more sense and will provide a better flow of air throughout the home with the addition of the second zone. Thank you to everyone that was involved in this project! I look forward to many years of comfort!"

Tim made sure everything was working to his satisfaction before he left and told us he would check back in a day or so to make sure it was functioning properly. My wife and myself very pleased. I should also state two years ago we had a new HVAC installed by Swift and continually had problems with it. After many service calls with little luck correcting the issue, Swift installed a new unit. Five more stars to Swift for integrity!"
