"Ezra and his crew from Landmark construction energy crew replaced 13 wooden slider windows with double-hung UV and sound-dampening windows. When he came over, he measure all the windows and checked them to make sure that he will provide us with the best windows. Ezra and his supervisor arrived to my house right on time, more than that, his office contacted us before the meeting and when he was on the way to give us even more accurate estimate of when he would arrive. This consideration and respect continued throughout the process of installation. In total we had 4 workers working, led by Charlie, and they finished the job as predicted in approximately the same day. They cleaned up well and Charlie took time to answer our questions before leaving. There was a manufacturing problem that was not at all related to Ezra's work or his company. He called and talked to the manufacturer, making sure that they will deliver the new windows and he did all he could to make sure that the windows worked correctly, coming out and putting in additional time himself. We absolutely recommend Ezra's and Landmark construction energy crew! We would have them return for any additional work we might need. The courtesy, knowledge and experience exhibited by Ezra and his crew is seldom encountered today, and it was a pleasure to work with a local company."

"it was great.  i had to reschedule a couple of times but this was absolutely no problem with them.  i didn't even redeem the service for a long time after i bought it (because i had to leave town for work) and they were absolutely accommodating and great.  every single conversation i had with the people who worked there down to the technician who came was professional, friendly and respectful.   the guy who cleaned my windows did it fast, but not so fast that it was sloppy and my house looked brand new!  i really wished i hadn't taken so long to do that and when i decide to do it again i will use this company.

"Josh painted the cabinets in my rather large kitchen as well as my front door and shutters. Josh was very prompt, courteous and professional. Not to mention his price was the absolute best. He arrived early, but waited until the scheduled time to knock on the door. He managed his time well and completed the job a day ahead of what was originally scheduled. It was originally my job to get the paint, which I forgot to do, but Josh had no problem going to the store and ordering the paint. He was very honest, leaving me the receipts and all the extra materials. Oh did I forget to mention parts of the base boards around the cabinets were cracked, he replaced them with no problem. I Will definitely be using his services again, in fact I already have another job lined up for him.

"We chose NRG for our solar installation. Everyone we worked with (especially Gemma and Leila) was incredibly helpful and responsive along every step of the process. They responded to emails and texts within a day or two at the most, but usually within a couple of hours. They were patient and very helpful with all of the questions we had (and we had many!), and they were happy to coordinate with other contractors that were doing work on our house at the same time. We did a fairly detailed analysis of the quality, cost, efficiencies, and expected lifetime of the equipment that NRG proposed compared to other companies, and we are confident that they provided the best equipment at the best cost. The installers that came to our house were very professional, worked quickly, and the system was up and running within hours - very impressive. We passed our inspection with no issues and the whole process was completely painless! "By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."

"They came out when they said they would. They bring you in with low prices and then they want to charge you extra. It was a mediocre experience. They cleaned outside like they were supposed to. They were fast. They explained everything and showed me a video of everything they were supposed to do. But the hook was they got very, very pushy on telling me how I needed extra services. I kept telling them, "No, no, no. They wanted like $200.00 or $300.00. I said, "$80.00 is all I got, take it or leave it." And they finally took it. So it was a little high pressure. If you use them, be prepared to be charged extra."

"I had them for 2 or 3 years. It's an insurance that you pay $30.00 or $40.00 a month. If you have any problems, you call, and they send somebody out to do the work. They charge you monthly. No matter what the problem is, the guy that comes out charges you $60.00. Weather he has to replace you refrigerator or water heater or what ever, he only charges $60.00. If it's your refrigerator, that is what they work on. If it's heating and air conditioning, that is what they work on. I don't know where they get their list of people to do their work, but the people agreed to only charge $60.00. I guess they pay them something, I don't know. Over all it's comforting to know that you have somebody  you can make one phone call to for several different things that might be wrong. It's kind of warming to know that you have that kind of service to back you up."
