"I am VERY disappointed in my experience, even though it started out positively. Justin, the sales rep, was very helpful and I paid my deposit right after Christmas. However the customer service since it was installed has been less than optimal. The system has now shut down 3 times. I paid almost $12K for it. Este's says that the manufacturer has to send someone out to upgrade the computer. No one can tell me when that will be. Unacceptable."

"First, let me say I have a very difficult schedule and Jonathan and Jennifer worked with me and arrived here promptly! Within five minutes, Jonathan had found the exact leak and went about repairing it very professionally and very neatly! It’s important that a PLUMBER not leave a big mess behind! Who was the second plumber? I called out. The first one gave me a completely wrong assessment and the price quote was astronomical! Jonathan found the leak in five minutes precisely where it started! He saved me from so much digging and yard disturbance and especially unnecessary expense! His training and skill is very apparent! I’m so thankful I found Request the Best Plumber through another plumber friend of mine. It is such a relief to know that all of my plumbing needs are covered now going forward. Beyond the training and skill, Jennifer and Jonathan treat you like family! You can’t ask for more"

"I can't thank the guys enough for coming to the rescue. I started a toilet repair that should have been fairly easy, however…..
