David did a very good job, very professional. Despite a terrible rainy day, he got the job done. When he was done he walked me through with exactly what he did. "Bernie is very professional and curtious!!! My furnace stopped working and I was trying to find someone at 2:30pm that could come out the same day. The overnight temps were going to be in the low 50's so we would not have been able to sleep in the house! I was so stressed out! I came to Homeadvisor and did a search and Bernie called me. He said he could come out the same day and it would be before 5pm. He showed up at 4:25! He quickly fixed the problem which turned out to be minor and only charged me the low Diagnostic Service Fee! He was very honest and didn't try to upsell me or claim that something bigger was the problem! I was so relieved that he was able to fix the problem! I would totally recommend his business and I will definitely call him again if I need service or if I decide to replace my 18 year old furnace and AC!
