He was low pressure and professional, a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable about the latest products from Simonton, the manufacturer whose windows I wanted to purchase because I've been happy with my previous Simonton purchase. Moreover, his estimate was lower than another one I had received. I needed replacement windows for only half the house as the other half already had newer windows, so this wasn't a huge job. "I could only afford the front gutter because I was having problems. The owner called me and I guess there was a misunderstanding between myself and the gentleman who gave me the initial estimate. He was under the impression that they did not do gutters. It turned out that they did do gutters and the owner made them come back out and do the job for free due to the misunderstanding. The owner's name was Keith and he made sure they did more than I originally asked for. They were very nice and I was really shocked that they would do something like that for me because I really needed it done. They repaired my soffits for me and they even re-attached the aluminum siding as well. They were very punctual, neat and nice."
