"I have 3 redwood decks at my house, one of which gets direct sun all day.  The old water based finish was completely worn off, the wood was not smooth, and there was some minor termite damage.   I decided to only get the worst deck refinished, so I could see what kind of work they do.  <br /> I was given 2 options - power wash and an opaque finish, or a full sanding, including having to disassemble the railing system, with an oil based semi transparent finish.  I chose the semi transparent.   <br /> The guys power washed the deck, and used hand and floor sanders to get the wood in better than new condition.  The entire job took 3 or 4 days.  They used the highest quality finish products available - no consumer grade stuff here.  They also did some minor repairs, and there was no charge for these.  Before they stained, they brought 4 different color samples out, and stained a board with one of each to let me decide which looked better.   <br /> The deck looks incredible, like I just had an new one built!  There aren't very many folks who specialize in decks maintenance.  . Your normal painters don't really understand this kind of wood, or how to prep redwood.  These guys specialize in only deck refinishing.  <br /> Highly recommended."

"It went very well. Guy was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed our situation and made a recommendation on how we could add on to our 2nd bedroom to create an extra bathroom, walk in closet and an outdoor bathroom. <br /> He quickly created a schematic and was able to generate some preliminary renderings of what our new addition could look like. <br /> While we still need to decide if we want to move forward with an addition like this, $49 is a bargain just to see what you could do. <br /> Highly recommend this service to anyone!"

Our home is beautiful and has completely transformed the way we live and breathe! Our new home is clean, modern and clutter-free (including our newly organized garage with epoxy floor). We used all of Spazio’s suggested subs who were absolutely wonderful. All work was done to Essi’s exacting specifications and highest standards. You will never find a better general contractor than Spazio LA!"

"The work was done very professionally. Niev kept me up to date on the progress. Any issues (just a couple) were immediately brought to my attention and were addressed. The job was performed on budget and on schedule. This was actually the second time I have used NK Construction. They had remodeled my entire kitchen, living room and den. Due to the successful first project, I did not hesitate to contact them again and did not seek a second estimate."

"They were here August of 2015.  It cost $13000.  They were very quick on the demolition but there were a few quirks in the process but they did a good job.  I thought it came out really well.  I thought they were all good, pretty good guys."
