"Randy Lane has skilled plumbers and a well-organized office staff. The plumber arrived at the pre-arranged day & time and fixed the two sinks. The plumber looked at the corroded sections of pipe that I pointed out and stated that his opinion was that replacing those would not significantly increase water pressure in the house. "Harrison showed up on time, even a little early, he called before he came. He did a professional job of installing the new faucet, sink drain and toilet. I contacted 6 plumbers, 5 from Angie's list, one recommended by my tiler, this plumber never returned my call. Only one other plumber other than Harrison gave me a bid based on the job, All others wanted to charge me service call plus time. Harrison was by far the cheaper cost, but the work done was very professional and he cleaned up after himself. There were extra parts that were needed, but he did not charge me for those parts. We are very pleased with his work. We have other work that needs to be done, and I definitely plan on having Harrison do the work."
