When it was time to install the new glass Mr. Jeremy Glass was had been in communication with me to let me know his ETA, was able to replace the section of broken glass, and was able to re-install the window in the correct way vs how the house flippers before me decided to install it. Mr. Jeremy Glass was friendly, professional, and able to get everything done in less than 30 minutes."
