Other companies [Home Shield] tried to hide the fact we had a warranty for the parts we needed replaced and charge us triple the amount for one part. 4 Seasons AC researched our equipment and found everything was still covered. We paid for three services vs what home shield wanted to charge us for only one. 4 Seasons AC went above and beyond to make sure we received the best service, affordable, and fast. Completed service within 2 hours. Technicians are very respectful and will show you the new parts before installing. Overall excellent company and now our official HVAC company. "

"It is July 4th! Every big company I called said they didn t have any parts in stock, they could maybe help me next week I was so stressed out and so upset. Called Ruben s, Carlos showed up in two hours, when he said he would, he had the part on his truck and now I ve got air-conditioning! And he didn t up-charge me or give me a bunch of fast talking. No extra for the holiday. He explained and showed me stuff. I am very, very, very pleased and will recommend them again."

"Filled our a/c unit with freon $513.21 without first checking for leaks and the next day it was empty of freon. Quoted $1800 for a new head unit plus trip charges and labor. New A/C contractor said they should have tested the system first and that only the coils needed to be replaced. So disappointed and out over $500 a senior on a fixed income. Pitiful, Do not recommend."

"Mansfield Plumbing charges $69 to come do an estimate. They say they can't give estimate on phone because each house is unique. The price they charged however is not individually made. They charged $489 to install my Kitchen faucet that I bought. Only labor for less than 1 hour. I called them to get a break down of how it cost $489 for installation of a faucet and they didn't call me back. I will never use them again."
