Chase and his guys came out within a couple days of my call and went through both systems top to bottom. Made suggestions for a couple minor repairs (same issues pointed out by my inspector prior to purchasing the house). I had him perform all the work and not once did he try and up-sell me on anything. Liked them so much I purchased a semi-annual service contract. Honorable guys that do good work for a fair price. Highly recommend them!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"This HVAC company has a very good service cal charge - $30, and they refund it if you use them for repair. But that is where is ends. 
They wanted to charge me $155 to replace a short piece of electrical wire (<1 foot), and which only takes 2 minutes to replace. Even though it was clear that s short piece of wire was burnt out, they also wanted me to replace the Connector and the capacitor (as a precaution) for about $300 each.
I just used them for service call and then replaced the wire myself - my system is working fine now.

I would stay away from this company. "
