"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"It went well.  I am in a new (to me) home, and I did not expect the mold problem, so the extra cost was a hit, but I always maintained my other home well, and I have to fix the things wrong on this one.  The technician was really polite and professional, and informed me of everything he was doing, and provided a detailed listing of what was wrong.  I can't climb the stairs to the attic to see, so I couldn't see the problem, but I took his word for it.  He even replaced a dirty vent in the front living room.

I have a maintenance program with his company and it was that time of year to check my heat to make sure all was good. His crew is awesome. They check everything and sometimes recheck it again if they think something may not be functioning correctly. Very thorough, not in and out in 20-30 mins like some companies.
