"They replaced the sewer pipes under our house. They worked hard and long and did a good job. The job took longer than expected."

"

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"Jacob Bell was unlike any other experience I’ve had with previous plumbing companies. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, service-oriented, and reasonably priced. And, he did not try to hard sell me on regarding repair of sewer line issues. He was very professional, yet genuine. Finally, after 30 years, I have found my goto pro for all of my plumbing needs! That said, I highly recommend J & R Plumbing without hesitation. Thank you, Jacob!"

"Hugh did an awesome job diagnosing the problem with our slab leak. He was able to get a crew on it in a timely manner. The guys came in and prepped everything to minimize damage. Donald made the repairs in a timely manner and now everything works. Thank you all for your professionalism and clean up, like it never happened. Thank you, thank you!"

"Iâ  ve hired one other plumbing co to do a similar job but would NOT use that co in Hunt county ever again. Authentic was very expensive but Brandon and Devon got the job done and did exactly what they said theyed do. I recommend them highly."

"James, was great. When I ask the other plumbers if they worked with propane, they hung up on me or told me to call someone else. James, put in the propane gas pipe in the wall for my new cooktop. He keep me informed of the schedule , did the job well. He was courteous and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family members."
