"The work was done in July 2018, so I'm a little late submitting this review. My vent runs inside the wall from the ground floor to the roof and the house has a second floor so it's a very long vent. We had just gotten a new dryer that had a flow sensor on it and it would't run but a few minutes because the vent was clogged. These guys worked hard to get it cleaned out from the inside and from on the roof. That night the sensor on the dryer came on again so there was still some blockage. The guys from 1 Choice Mechanical came out the next day at no charge and cleaned the vent again. It's worked great ever since then. Our clothes dry in no time. They were punctual and professional. We couldn't be happier."

"3D heating and cooling came out in middle of Thanksgiving in the evening and we're excited to be there. Very imoftmatice and walked us through every option we had. With a 27 year old system we opted to replaced. The quality of the work matched their wonderful attitudes. Will always recommend 3D to all my family and friends. Thanks Josh and the guys."

"Richard and Ethan did a fantastic job! Very professional and you could tell they took pride in their work. The new Lenox is amazing and works perfectly. I could not be more pleased with the quality and professionalism of the team that installed my new Lenox system. Thank you for introducing me to the neighborly community. I will be calling you soon for a new water heater!"

"This is an awesome company to do business with. Spoke with Andrew and he was very responsive. He took time to not only explain what was wrong but showed me. I had a crack in my heat exchanger. This crack can let carbon monoxide into our home, which Andrew's carbon monitor device detected. There was not any sales pitch pressure. Just options and choices. The next morning he was installing a new furnace. We went ahead and changed out our air conditioner too. Andrew told me there was a rebate by our electric/gas company and emailed me everything I needed for rebate. He left everything spotless and just as clean as when he arrived. I highly recommend Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling."

"Zach, Josh, and Cole came out and installed new heat pump for me in the middle of this snow storm. Very clean, informative and punctual. Will recommend to everyone. Thanks from veteran."

"I was charged almost double the going rate. A friend of mine paid almost half for a larger hot water heater less than a year ago installed by Daunhauer."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Great overall experience. Very knowledgeable and always kept me updated on what he was doing or what needed to be done. Very professional with service and cleanup after work was completed. Answered any questions or concerns before, during and after service was completed. Highly recommend and will continue to use for any Heating & A/C issues."

"Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year. Matt with Legacy worked within our work schedules and met with us in the late afternoon. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired in under 30 minutes! Matt went further and showed me some preventative tips to help keep my AC running at its best. Things could not have gone better. A BIG thanks to Matt and Legacy Heating and Air!"
