He started and guaranteed me he'd be done on Sunday and Monday "or my money back". He never finished but demanded full payment and threatened me if I don't pay him in full. Am getting quotes to redo and fix what he did finish and paint what he didn't finish. Quotes are in the thousands of dollars."
