"Travis was amazing! I called Travis yesterday in the evening and he took my call after 7pm since my washing machine stopped working. He came today and brought the drain pump with him based on the error codes on the washing machine. He took the machine apart and the drain trap had 2 kids socks jammed in there which caused the washer not to work. The part he brought with him was not needed and he only charged me for the service appointment. I also had Travis look at my Refrigerator/Freezer ice maker since it wasn’t pushing ice out of the machine. He was able to fix this issue in 10 minutes. "hired broton to replace the garage door opener and trim around the garage and the keypads. Very prompt and courteous during initial work. In 2024 had to have the outdoor key pad replaced again as it was not working. About 4 months later outside keypad was not working again and the trim they installed around the door was turning black and tearing. called for service and they told me everything was out of warranty and they would have to charge me for a service call to look at it. Called them several days later and asked how much the garage door trim was as i was just going to buy a new keypad and trim and install it myself. They said the trim was $7' to pick it up there and install myself. That was about over $200. to pick up the new trim!! Just kept getting more insulting. Last week my neighbor was getting his garage door worked on and i had him look at it; he said the trim was installed too close to the garage door which caused it to rub the door too hard and turn black and tear. I told him broton installed and he said you were a quality co, said to call you and have someone look at it and you could definitely see it was installed improperly."

"It went great until the garage door kept opening and closing by itself.I called the office and asked for some type of resolve when I asked if it was the new spring that could have caused the problem. The person said no and told me to clean the sensors and I did and still the door was going up and down.I called to set another appointment but decided not to keep it as I didn’t trust the work.I called another company and they came and fixed it in 2 minutes by resetting the motor manually which should have been done by their technicians when he replaced the spring.It cost me another $130 and when I called to ask for a refund to due to the negligence on there part the manager said no. Not a happy customer…"

"Over the weekend my 14 yo garage door opening destroyed the belt that opens the door. I called at 8am. I left a vmail with the problem I had. My called was returned in less than an hour. I told them that since my opener was 14yo that I would like to replace it. She said that one her guys had to deliver a door, and that he would be available within the hour. He arrived about 10am. Very nice guy, went straight to work and was done in less than 2 hours. I'm very happy with the new opener, it's very quite, and like the new features."
