"We hired H&O Garage Doors back in 2021 to fix a busted spring on one of our garage doors. They came and fixed everything promptly. No issues thereafter. 2026: We had to replace a garage door for my mom and we decided to use them again for this new project...and I'm so glad we did. Mordi came the very same week I contacted him to look at the work that needed to be done and gave us an estimate. The price was not cheap, but Mordi gave us a discount in end. We accepted and they were able to come the very next day to replace our 1940's garage single door and install a beautiful insulated one with remote opener. "Worst place ever and even expensive! Bought a big mirror for a new house. They glued a U metal part in the back to be used to hang the mirror. We screwed the other part on the wall and we hang the mirror. Went back to the house after 2 days and mirror was broken on top of the vanity, vanity destroyed, one of the faucets broken. What happened? The metal part they glued behind the mirror got detached , mirror was too heavy to be hold by such a tiny metal glued with silicone! Showed them the pictures and a video, they insisted it was properly done. They refused to refund the $200 paid. We have called them many times after , they did not answer any of the calls. They are lucky nobody got hurt, owner would be in jail and please closed if that happened. Bought same mirror in tropical glass done the proper way for $160 (20% less). Still thinking on suing them for all damages, we have everything documented. Avoid this place!!! Tropical glass is better and cheaper!"
