They cleanup up the yard each day before departing (it's a messy job). "Tony was not the least bit put off by the fact that my jobs were relatively small and few. I was so pleased with how he tackled the odd jobs I had, that I asked him to do some preventative maintenance. I should have asked his rate before he came so I would have been more prepared when it came time to pay. When he gave me his price, he asked if it was an ok amount. I probably could have negotiated with him, but was not willing to as his customer service/attitude were worth it to me. He worked non-stop for a little over 2 hours and completed numerous small tasks which we have put off for months. I will definitely call Tony in the future and will refer him to friends."
