I called her to get an estimate for my momâ s place and after Lia left my momâ s house my mom called me to say how impressed she was by her presentation. The installation and final inspection were done last week and my mom couldnâ t be happier with her new windows. Now I can rest assure I wonâ t hear my mom complaining about whoâ s going to help her putting her shutters up."

"The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top).The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."

However, i must rate these two things to submit my review, so based on what i am expecting due to service so far, i will give them a 5"
