"Edwardo and his team were very professional and proficient and their work was very good. And the initial work was completed in 2 days with the exception of the glass being installed on a pony wall. Another exception was the reseal of our master shower (not a part of the tub to shower conversion) that had to be redone due using caulk that was not compatible with marble. Martinez (glass installer) did a nice job installing the glass on the pony wall and also he completed the re-caulk of the master shower. Would highly recommend 5 Star Bath."

"The work done to complete and replace our old bathtub and shower was in one day. And it was mostly done by one technician and saw the problem with our pluming and called up a plumber and fixed it pretty quick. The technician did a great job. The only issue I had a problem with were the two previous technicians that arrived. There was road and sidewalk work being done by the city and the technician that we spoke to said that they could not do the job and to reschedule it. So, I called in to have it rescheduled and during that same week the other technician came by and had no problems about the work being done in front of our house and did the job that day with the help of the plumber. So overall great job and I will refer Bath Fitter to my friends and family."

"This is my second update of my review. They remodeled two of our bathrooms (complete remodel). The final result is nice, but the path getting there was not smooth, with some rework. If I were going to do it all over, I might have picked them to do the shower and tub/shower and another contractor for the rest of the work. If you do have them do a full remodel, pay attention to details and stand firm, they will eventually make it right."

"The man who did the work, his name was Luis. He was a pro. His work was professional and he always cleaned everything up before he left each time. He removed a 400# cast iron bathtub from a small room without damaging the tiles or scratching any walls, which was very impressive. As for the company, they are new in Texas. Due to COVID and the ice storm, products were slow to arrive. However, I would recommend them. Our new shower and glass wall is beautiful."
