"Ian was great to work with. He showed up on time, asked questions about the current cracks, etc - and measured out the foundation & where a ...it is dipping. He sat down afterward to walk us through his findings & what we needed to do. I’m so glad we took this step as he discovered we did not need nor should we get foundation repairs after all. He saved us several thousands. The report came couple of weeks later - as promised (long lead time since any work needed would be done by us & wasn’t immediately needed I guess). "
