"They reached out shortly after I asked for a quote and were able to come out the next day to fix an issue that was supposed to be fixed months before by another contractor. "Received same day (Saturday) response for a plumber to arrive, who provided a quote for replacement of main water line from meter to home. Work was able to begin the very next morning (Sunday) and the new line was installed in several hours! The city came out Monday and approved their work, then a crew arrived on Tuesday to backfill the trench. Everyone was very professional and made sure I was pleased with their work. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed. "

"The guys arrived on time & worked solidly till the work was done. They layed down floor covers case it was wet & nasty outside..I appreciate that. Rafael was the lead installer & he seemed to really know his business. The helper was very quiet & informative when asked a question. All my questions were answered & work done in a timely manner. I had hot water in 1 hr after they had left. Rafael explained everything about the new water heater to me & was very patient. I have no complaints whatsoever with the installation. I do believe the cost of the heater was very high, but that inflation I guess. That’s my only complaint. Nothing to do with the installers. I do look forward to hopefully 15 yrs at least from this heater. "
