"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"First of all let me begin by vocalizing how Mr. AJ Dunbar, represented Appliance Solutions. He was very punctual in keeping our appointment time down to the precise time we agreed upon. I, was reinstalling the rubber seal incorrectly and after many, many failed attempts and leaking water with no solutions solved I, called Appliance Solutions. AJ answered my service call with same day service WOW! Once he arrived, AJ, meticulous diagnosed the washer within nanoseconds it seemed.. He energetically corresponded with me as he assembled the door seal and PRESTO, washing machine repaired end of story. I WOULD"

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."

"Tony was very professional. He diagnosed the problem, got the parts and had my washer operating properly in no time. If the need arises, I will use him again."

"I called Allstar Home Maintenance about a washing machine that had quit working. Jerry arrived a couple of hours later, had the parts on hand, and fixed the machine good as new. A good experience. A+"
