"Willy was very personable. He arrived when he said he would and he fixed what I needed fixed. I pulled one of the plastic stems from the rail and dropped it and could not find it, which would have been a quick fix if I had. It was a five minute job but the service call price was a bit over the top (just like everything else lately) but I understand and had no choice at this point.
