The major problem we had wasn't Done Right's fault - their subcontractor on the cabinets caused huge delays, making a two week project turn into three months. Done Right did what they could to pacify me and worked the cabinetry people over on my behalf to include discounts for their late work. Their work caused a few other problems in the house, including several plumbing issues, but they stepped up and took responsibility where appropriate and we worked things out.
