"These guys are awesome! We've used them for the 20-some years we've lived in Lee's Summit. They are always responsive and punctual. They get the issue fixed the first time without me having to call them back. Pleasant and professional. Quality work. Their rates are reasonable. We have purchased air conditioners twice from them and furnace once. They did all the paperwork for the rebates for us. I called them last week because the air conditioner didn't seem to be cooling properly. He spent about an hour looking for the problem, didn't see anything broken, but cleaned out an extremely dirty condenser - which fixed the problem and we've been cool ever since."

"He's a really friendly guy, very responsive to my calls, schedules me in partly because we've had a working relationship for like six years. He's done work at the house that I live in. He replaced a furnace there and the air conditioner. The day before the warranty of the air conditioner that he had installed ran out, he installed a new one and it didn't work either. He went to the local manufacturer's distribution and got a third one and it didn't work either so he went and got me a brand new upgraded unit and a discount for all the inconvenience. He's a good guy and I have no complaints whatsoever. Sometimes, some of the worker bees that he sends when he is on a job and somebody has to come and check something, they come right away but they are not necessarily as diligent as he is."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I had a problem with a new room which we had added onto the house. The water pipes going out into this room had frozen twice. Called a plumber who recommended we call someone trained in insulation work. Called Insulation Pro's who came out the very next day and after crawling down and into the new space knew right away what the problem was. Problem was caused by a poor job insulating the room that the building contractor had insulated himself. Insulation Pro's had a team of workers come out the very next day and re-insulated the failing area. No problems since and I would recommend these folks to anyone needing insulation services. "I was told a few months ago by a technician who works for one of the larger Heating/AC companies that my furnace was essentially totaled and needed to be replaced, as the unit would turn itself on or off, seemingly at random (it was not short cycling, it was something else entirely). I decided to get a second opinion from David at Complete Image. Boy am I glad I did! For the cost of a service call and hour of labor, he figured out exactly what was wrong, and fixed it. It was a solution that I'm shocked the prior technician didn't mention (perhaps because he was trying to sell a new unit for $3,000+). "Tap Heating and Cooling came while I was at work and my wife was home taking care of our newborn.  The technician, Jeff, was very polite and very quiet as well (as we had a newborn sleeping) which I found to be amazingly courteous.  He performed the cleaning and inspection of our furnace very quickly and efficiently.  When Jeff was finished, he let my wife know the the circuit board was mounted improperly, but that he went ahead and took care of it as it was a very simple fix.  As well, a filter was included in this service.  I had recently replaced our filter (not realizing I was going to take advantage of this awesome Angie's List deal) and he let my wife know that the filter was still good and that he left a new one next to the furnace for next time.  We recently moved here, but Tap Heating and Cooling is for sure my go-to in the area from now on as they showed nothing but professionalism, honesty, and courteousness while in my home.  Thanks Jeff and Tap Heating and Cooling, I'll see you in summer for my A/C tune up!
