"Eric,Jose and Cole did a great job on my project. They guys explained everything they going to do. After the project was finished they showed me their work. The guys cleaned up everything. They even finished a little earlier. I would highly recommend this crew."

"I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."

"We had a leak in the roof and it was winter and during a storm. The gentle man from the company visited our home twice , the first time had to go back due to snow on the roof and second time I was told that the roof leaf is to due to improper installation of vents . They collected the $149 dollars coupon that I bought on Angieslist and then I got a quote or $750, which is very expensive. Latter I was able to fix the same for a much less . In the process I wasted $149 for no reason"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Fort Mill, SC

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
