She was able to get Nick to come out even though it was Christmas weekend. I can not say enough good things about Nick Cain. He came out late that night to repair the leak. This young man is such a hard worker. He is very friendly, respectful, and customer service oriented. I decided to go ahead and replace all the old pipes. Nick and Garrison worked hard for 2 days to make this happen. They were here from 8:00 am until 10:45 pm the second day. These guys worked so hard! I will never hesitate to use Amen Plumbing again. He told my his estimate was as good as it can be based on late day service, whatever that means. The price he quoted was very reasonable and comparable to other service companies, but it was disappointing to learn he would not use the AL discount, especially since I called the number via the AL website."
