Fabian, the designer, patiently worked with me to realize my vision to enlarge the shower, increase storage, replace the soaking tub and to create a spa like feeling – while working within the limitations of a condo. Pretty much a full gut of the room. The crew that did the work, Omar and Wilmer did an excellent job and were very meticulous – clearly taking pride in their work. "DMV Kitchen and Bath just finished the second project at our home. The first in late 2022 was a major upgrade and enlargement of a primary bathroom and creation of a walk-in closet. We love it and it turned out gorgeous. The second project was finished in November 2024 and the results are even better. We needed to repair a room in the basement that had had water damage. We decided to include a variety of other updates for our home at the same time. DMV worked closely with us to bring our vision into existence. In the basement we now have a new fourth bedroom, including 2 large new closets along with new lighting, paint and doors in other rooms on that level. The large laundry room was gutted with new kitchen cabinets and pantries installed along with new lighting. The other 2 bathrooms in the house were upgraded to the same vanities and cabinets as the primary bathroom. Javier provided great assistance helping us with the design, selection of materials, and practicality of various ideas and solutions. David, as leader of the construction crew, was exceptionally good at communicating with us and coordinating and supervising all of the workers involved in the project. David and his staff did great work. We are very pleased with the final project. We highly recommend DMV."

"Simply a superb experience.  Jeff is creative, engaged, informative, communicative throughout the entire project from concept to completion.  He has great ideas, but listens and accepts your choices.  Earnest but not pushy.  Manages a great team -- all his tradesmen are talented and do great work.  His project manager is equally engaged in the project and communicates freely.  They put in the extra time and effort to make the job come in on time. Project was within budget.  When changes were encountered, they were discussed openly and coordinated with the homeowner for review, discussion, and acceptance.  I have been through 3 other, major renovation experiences, all of them very difficult -- taking 9 -12 months, shoddy work, overruns, excuses. 
It is actually hard to find the words that adequately express what a positive experience it was working with Jeff and the satisfaction I feel with my new kitchen and baths.  It is beyond everything I could have hoped for.  All done right, beautiful job, on time, in budget."

"We was getting estimates for our bath room remodeling. Harlan came to give us free estimate and introduced us new shower wall system. This wall system prevents shower wall inside from getting molds and bacteria. It also has a variety of panel design choices . Harlan presented to us with four different options based on our preferences and budget. We were able to pick one easily and are very excited to get it started."

"The short version, hire Mr. Munoz and his crew. Details: We had the same 6 crew members show up plus the owner, Jose. Very respectful of our property and even though the house was not being lived in during renovations, they still cleaned up after their work EVERY day. Jose was on site everyday to ensure the work was completed how we wanted it and to address any questions. Finished on time or before with all projects for which we hired him. Very detail oriented and noticed small things. Took our ideas of what we wanted and helped us to create the space exactly like we wanted, giving suggestions and options along the way. For example, we wanted to create a larger shower. He suggested making the 36” door to the water closet a 24” door to give us the space we wanted. I would have never thought of that on my own but it made a huge difference. Projects completed: kitchen including hanging cabinets, under cabinet lights and moving the island, fireplace, drywall repair and sound proofing insulation, master bathroom renovation including plumbing and tile, vinyl planking installation, painting."
