After getting 5 pro duct cleaning services from Angi's List, I called them all and received various responses, including virtual quotes and Manny and one other vendor offered to come out and do an onsite inspection. Manny came the next day and proceeded to inspect in a very professional and courteous manner to provide me with a quote to clean all duct vents in my house. He missed one duct but insisted on giving me the quote without that duct included. He proceeded to complete the cleaning even after having to replace his cleaning machine due to a failure. The end result was a pleasant experience for me in dealing with a problem I had never encountered before."
