"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "We wanted to bring a new look to the house by replacing the floor. After checking several companies, we decided to contact landmark construction because we saw a project that they did and we liked the feedback from the people that hired them. We met with Ezra and he looked and saw the house. He provided us with several samples of wood floor and after we selected the floor that we wanted to have, we met again for the final price for the work. Ezra was able to work with us about the price and the dates of installation. He was able to send 4 guys that will remove the old floor and to install the new one. The work was completed after 2 weeks and this could happened only because they worked on several sections at the house in the same time. The workers cleaned each space at the house where they worked and we were pleased with this type of work.

" Mr. Joshua Brown is truly a professional handyman and an individual with strong character.  He skillfully and quickly hung all my paintings and mirrors the following day and had finished with the first coat of paint in the master bedroom when he decided to take a look at my brand new dryer that wasn't working.  I had a feeling that the person that had installed it for me had not done it properly.  Mr. Brown, tried several different scenarios that all led to the fact that the dryer was working properly--it was heating up the clothes but they were still wet.  Mr. Brown had the thought to go outside to the vent to feel the stream of air that the dryer should have been pushing out.  That's when Mr. Brown realized that no air was being pushed out by the dryer--he realized that there had to be something blocking the air flow to the outside which was why the clothes were heating up but the humidity had no where to go so the clothes stayed damp.  Mr Brown cleverly took a coat hanger and straightened it out and pushed it as far as he could down the tube that leads from the dryer to the wall, through the garage and to the outside--and pulled out a watermelon sized ball of NASTY lint, hair, dust, etc that had been stuck there for at least 10 years!  Like I said, I have just moved in to this place and was horrified by what he discovered and then relieved when he told me that if he had not detected this, not only would the dryer continue to not work but it was just a matter of time before I had a house fire.  The tightly packed pile of lint, dust, etc is HIGHLY FLAMMABLE and I believe that Mr. Joshua Brown saved my life that day. 
What I would like to say about Mr. Brown is that he doesn't give up when his first attempt at fixing something doesn't work.  He is tenacious and diligent and takes pride in his work.  His skills cross many disciplines from painting to appliances to construction.  One additional skill that he possesses which is hard to find, is that he is a visualizer.  I have several ideas for future projects and he was able to visualize my project and make recommendations and suggestions based on what I described.  I liked that I could kind of give him the overarching idea of what I wanted to do and he could tell me the exact steps to take to get me there.  I enjoyed his happy disposition and was very comfortable continuing on with my daily routines at the house while he was there.  I highly recommend Mr. Joshua Brown and will be using his services again myself very soon.

"I received 5 estimates for Central AC & Furnace. Charles Sullivan was the person that came out to give me the estimate, this was to be the 5th of the day and I called their office to cancel because I didnâ t want to wait 2 hours and talk to another person! The rep on the phone said Charles will be there in 15 minutes and I changed my mind and had him come over. I am so glad I did, he was not the least expensive, he was the most sincere, informative sales rep and I just got a great feeling about him. The contract was signed, I had been without AC for a couple weeks in July, triple digits and I was dying. I had to wait a week until the install date, but I have gained Charles Sullivan as a great friend and my AC is blowâ n like the wind. This was last summer and I just called for my bi- annual service which was done by Ryan Foley, very professional and in a timely manner. Mike the owner called to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. I highly recommend calling So Cal Climate Control, Charles Sullivan I promise you he will not be a waste of your time. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"I'm not really sure if I was happy or not with Air Duct Solutions. I just felt like the house was dusty. I was thinking that if they cleaned it out, it'll be a little more cleaner. I still have that problem. So, I'm not sure if I have to do it many times for maybe like a month or two. After that, it was so dusty. The pricing was pretty high. I spent a whole lot. I haven't had my air conditioning looped and they were saying that they should clean it. They priced me pretty much a whole lot just cleaning that. It was the main thing. It had to be cleaned because it was dusty. It's still dirty. I just want more information from them at least to understand what was going on and what I would be expecting."
