"Initially, the service provider did a good job cleaning, prompt and thorough. After several months, started to see a deterioration of quality of service. It appears they either lost good help, or increased their business but the quality of their cleaning suffered. When I provided feedback, one of the owners apologized and ensured that a better job would be done in the future. A week after that, the second owner called and decided they weren't being paid enough to clean the house, and wanted to increase the price by over 25%! (from $115 to $140!). So, if I understand this logic, you don't do a good job so you raise your price? They indicated that they paid their staff by the hour, and it took much longer to clean my house that anticipated. So it took them months to figure this out, and only after I called to complain about the quality? Let's see, if I got paid by the hour to clean, I guess it would take me longer to do it too, so I can get paid more. Very disappointed in this company, I think they need a course in Business 101.

"Scott and Jeremy came to install a new toilet and inspect/correct bathroom faucets. On my first visit to inspect my faucets, Scott asked if I needed any other plumbing inspected. I mentioned that I had a friend install a new toilet wax ring but my friend did not have the ability to trim the flange. Scott checked out the toilet, and noticed it was quite wobbly, and told me that this may further damage the flange or influence the slab integrity. We discussed options/costs of possible repairs or just installing a new toilet. I requested a new toilet. We scheduled a date to complete both jobs. Scott and Jeremy arrived promptly, worked professionally and were great to work with. I will "definitely" use this company, and these two plumbers in future! Thank you for a job well done!!!"

They were extremely prompt with their quoting process and once the work began the crew worked diligently. They were responsive and the wood repair was somewhat complicated but they did an outstanding job. The stripping and staining of the deck was the best we have ever had. Once they committed to our project they stayed on task. Their pricing is very fair as well. I cannot say enough good things about the crew and their office staff is very receptive and helpful.
