"Things went very well! He came to my home on a Sunday which was the very same day I called! Apparently, the unit just needed to be reset as the air filter, while not super dirty, was dirty enough to restrict air flow. So the furnace was not actually broken. The amazing thing is he did not charge me at all. While he did not really do a special work, he did come to my home on a Sunday. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The HVAC specialist performed a diagnostic test of the upstairs unit, and determined that the pressure switch was bad. They then charged us $265 to change the part which did not fix the problem. We were then told that the mother board was bad and this need to be changed as well. They then quoted us approx $1200 to complete the entire job. I decided at this point that I would just fix the system myself. I then ordered a new motherboard a fixed the system for just under $400 total cost including the cost of changing the pressure switch. I honest felt like the pressure switch was never the issue and that I paid the company to change a part that was never bad in the first place. This is solely my opinion and I have no way of truly telling if this part was bad or not. I'm sure the company does great work, but I felt that I was going to continue to pay them to swap parts that may or may not be bad and once everything was said and done get hit with a large bill that I could not afford.
