"We had a service line leak at our home that was dumping around 1.5 gallons a minute into the ground and Simply Better Plumbing and Drain were quick to respond to our call for help. They had two technicians out within the hour. The repair was extensive, but they did it quickly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my many questions and curiosity. I appreciated all their help and care. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future."

"I needed a bathroom drain cleared. After being seriously disappointed by a plumber assigned to us by American Home Shield, I asked AI (artificial intel) to recommend the top rated plumber in Scottsdale. AI recommended Zest Plumbing & Drain. I was not disappointed. From my first contact with Diana the dispatcher to Wally the field supervisor my experience with Zest Plumbing was outstanding. The AHS plumber gave up (without trying very hard) on clearing my drain and recommended tearing out a vanity and the toilet to install new pipes because he said my CAST IRON pipes had collapsed...it was baloney! AHS calls this a "MODIFICATION" which is not covered by the warranty. Don't fall for this tactic! Wally from Zest brought in his equipment and 30 minutes later my drain was working properly. He even showed me a video of my clean drain. Before you start tearing out walls give Zest a call!"

"Brent Sanderson inspected my drain lines and did a fantastic job. He was very patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making sure I understood the results. He addressed all of my plumbing questions and needs, helped me locate my cleanouts, and even showed me how to use them. He walked me through the camera footage, explained the condition of the pipes in detail, and never rushed the process. I’d highly recommend him for any sewer or drain inspection work."

"My shower wasn’t draining correctly, luckily the guys at Ready Rooter & Plumbing solutions fixed it quickly and affordably! Will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing needs."

"Scott installed a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal with all new lines and pipes. He also installed a new hot water heater. The sink and faucet look wonderful! And the hot water heater is great too. Scott took the old water heater away with him and cleaned everything up in both the garage and kitchen. He arrived on time and completed the job as we discussed. I will definitely call Scott with any future plumbing needs."

"Zippity Split was awesome. Really professional, on time, affordable (half the price of the other quotes I got) and easy to work with. High, highly recommend. "On a Sunday, the stand pipe that drains the washing machine overflowed, we checked Angie's List and called Custom Plumbing and they sent someone within 20 minutes to cable the line, in the rain. A few days later, a camera was used to find the damaged sewer pipe and with ground radar the area was located under the foundation. Containment was set up and the crew jackhammered the foundation and dug down two feet to replaced the damaged pipe. The exavation was filled and concrete poured. The entire system was hydro-jetted. Everyone was very efficient and professional, explaining every step of the task. Thankfully, Custom Plumbing prepared the invoice for our homeowners insurance reimbursement for half the cost. This is a great company!"
