"Rich and his team sanded and refinished a deck for us. Along the way his crew when out of their way to resecure some of the boards that were loose by laying down more foundation for them. I thought that was really above and beyond and we greatly appreciated the thought. Pricing was fair, they were timely and cleaned up after the work was done to the way they found it. We will definitely use these guys again."

"Serge has worked on two residential home remodel projects for us. We highly recommend him. He is reliable, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He has all the equipment needed to get the work done efficiently. With so many unreliable and unskilled individuals working in this trade area, you can count on Serge and his experience to complete the work agreed upon."

"This is a great family-owned company. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and there were no surprises. Victor has a keen eye for detail, and works quickly, accurately, & collaboratively. His prices are very competitive, too. My project passed City inspection & I received the green tag on the first try. I will definitely work with this company again."

"I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline. His staff was courteous and professional. It’s no small task coordinating the timing of grinding and prepping the concrete, laying down the layers of concrete coating and getting the walls painted without trashing the paint or the floor. Eric made it happen, when it needed to happen. Recently, we had a small area in the floor, where the concrete itself bubbled and broke apart, which damaged the coating surface. Eric came and explained what happened. He fixed the floor in one, hassle free visit and it was covered by the warranty. We couldn’t be happier with First Class Coatings and our floor. We highly recommend them. Thomas D. Pfafman DVM Angela Casey DVM Integrative Vet med Center"

"Appointment was easy to arrange and the provider was very responsive.  In fact, he allowed us to use his contractor number to achieve a discount on the paint!  The painter was on time and spent great deal of time masking off the area to be painted and placing plastic on floor to prevent damage and spills. We had a special of 8 hrs of a interior painting.  The job wasn't quite finished but it was no fault of the painter.  His work was excellent and the care for our home was superb.  Highly recommend this provider.

"He was very professional and left the ceilings in my house like there was never anything there . I definitely recommend this !"

"Good size odd shape poo with spa. Selected the quartz plaster. They replaced the pool tile also. Price seemed competitive with others. Plastering went well. On time as scheduled. Everything about the replastering was straight forward. They had trouble installing the new pool light. Still not hanging properly. They said will come back when water is warmer so person could get in the water for longer time. I agreed and will call them end of May or early summer. I trust they will complete the job as they seemed reliable and did spend several hours on the light already."

"I called Chandler Roofing after I discovered a roof leak after the large storms we had in Jan 2010. They told me upfront that there were a lot of calls after the storms and that it would be approx. 2 weeks before they could get inspect my roof. Within 2 weeks they inspected the roof and gave my a very fair estimate and timeframe for repairing the leak and replacing 20 roof tiles. They called and said they could get to my house sooner than planned if that was okay. They showed up and did the work quickly, cleaned up after themselves and billed me exactly what they had estimated. We've yet to have any heavy rain since the repairs were made, so I will update the report if there are any further roof problems, but Chandler Roofing was a pleasure to work with and very reliable."

"It was an excellent experience. I went with them because it was the best value for price and quality. Mike and his crew were delightful to work with. It was a huge job. The did a 33x15 patio off my house and built a 33x15 deck off the pool. The patio off the house had been there for many generations, the concrete was cracked and many different colors, now it's beautiful. The deck looks so amazing people say I have my own resort out back now."

"Sid came out promptly when we called and gave us an extimate and start date and stuck to both. He did an excellent job in half a day and cleaned up everything. I will use him again for painting or more wallpapering.
