"We had a service line leak at our home that was dumping around 1.5 gallons a minute into the ground and Simply Better Plumbing and Drain were quick to respond to our call for help. They had two technicians out within the hour. The repair was extensive, but they did it quickly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my many questions and curiosity. I appreciated all their help and care. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future."

"I needed a bathroom drain cleared. After being seriously disappointed by a plumber assigned to us by American Home Shield, I asked AI (artificial intel) to recommend the top rated plumber in Scottsdale. AI recommended Zest Plumbing & Drain. I was not disappointed. From my first contact with Diana the dispatcher to Wally the field supervisor my experience with Zest Plumbing was outstanding. The AHS plumber gave up (without trying very hard) on clearing my drain and recommended tearing out a vanity and the toilet to install new pipes because he said my CAST IRON pipes had collapsed...it was baloney! AHS calls this a "MODIFICATION" which is not covered by the warranty. Don't fall for this tactic! Wally from Zest brought in his equipment and 30 minutes later my drain was working properly. He even showed me a video of my clean drain. Before you start tearing out walls give Zest a call!"

"This is a new plumbing company and they are incentivized to provide superior, quality service. They arrived on time, educated me about maintenance and charged a competitive price. As a consequence I have used this company exclusively over the past year and a half and have never been disappointed."

"Had Kevin come out from Ready Rooter and replace all my water lines under my double wide. Him and his wife Vana work extremely hard to get my house up and running in one day. Ran all the new water lines and charged me a great price … Thank you again Kevin and Vana for all your hard work"

"Scott did a great job helping me in an urgent situation with my sewer. He always got back with me and did good work at a good price. I highly recommend Scott. Paul in Chandler, AZ"

"EXCELLENT SERVICE BY BRAD I discovered a small leak comingl from my pipes leading to my Reverse Osmosis. I called Ben Franklin around 4pm and was guaranteed a technician would come over. Brad called to say he would be over a little after 8pm if that was okay. He was so thoughtful of the time since he was coming from other jobs. When he came over he assessed the leak source and repaired it. To make sure it was okay, we agreed to run the regen. Brad was kind enough to put the salts in my RO. Upon running the system, a new leak occurred. Brad gave me options both of which were a little too costly. Brad offered to clean out the part that was leaking and sealed it with more dope and sealant. He saved me a lot more money doing it that way and when he ran the regen, the system worked without leak! I will have to purchase a new RO at some point but for now, with funds so tight, he helped me get through this problem especially since it was a weekend I was going to be away. Bradâ s compassion and kindness along with his knowledge and professionalism makes him an OUTSTANDING employee for Benjamin Franklin. I will continue doing business with Ben Franklin because of employees like Brad!"

"Zippity Split was awesome. Really professional, on time, affordable (half the price of the other quotes I got) and easy to work with. High, highly recommend. We had a complicated problem: 100+ year old drain pipe failed. Zippity figured out a solution that saved us a ton of money and time. Really happy with them."

"On a Sunday, the stand pipe that drains the washing machine overflowed, we checked Angie's List and called Custom Plumbing and they sent someone within 20 minutes to cable the line, in the rain. A few days later, a camera was used to find the damaged sewer pipe and with ground radar the area was located under the foundation. Containment was set up and the crew jackhammered the foundation and dug down two feet to replaced the damaged pipe. The exavation was filled and concrete poured. The entire system was hydro-jetted. Everyone was very efficient and professional, explaining every step of the task. Thankfully, Custom Plumbing prepared the invoice for our homeowners insurance reimbursement for half the cost. This is a great company!"
