"This was no easy project since I live in a second floor condo. Currently there is no washing machine in place. I had gotten a few comparable bids for the job but Ken made the difference when he assured me he was up to the job. Part of the job required them to dig a three foot hole 7 feet long at the base of my building. They worked hard and non stop all day. Joel and MJ were polite young men and all three got along well all day, despite the 100 plus temperatures. I had no idea the job was going to be so extensive. A camera had to be installed to locate the drain. Which was done in advance to assure me the project could be accomplished in the first place. Dispatchers Craig and Cheyenne kept me informed each time a crew was enroute with an accurate arrival time to my house. Ken was there for the first visit and saw the project through the end. Questions were answered throughout the day and they even helped to document this part of my complete kitchen makeover by taking pictures for me inside the hole they had dug. I won't look anywhere else when the time comes to install the kitchen plumbing. This was a positive experience. Ken, Joel, and MJ made the difference."
