"Once again, Angie's List has proven to be an absolutely indispensable resource. We found Pro Heating and Cooling on here, and after speaking with Steve, it was clear he was very well trained in this field and knew exactly what he was talking about. (I had already spoken to several other companies and was left with an uncomfortable feeling.) <br /> I told Steve I was interested in having them come out and install two wifi thermostats I had already purchased. The technician, Cody, showed up exactly on time (pretty rare these days!) and was extremely polite. He did a superb job on both thermostats. The old ones were removed and the new ones were carefully and neatly installed. Cody walked through the setup with me and explained a couple of features I wasn't sure about. If only all service calls went this smoothly!  <br /> I know it's like a minefield out there for homeowners like me trying to find reliable, honest, affordable service technicians, so I hope I can help others out by saying that I wholeheartedly recommend Pro Heating and Cooling! "The repairman came, said it was a simple (but not obvious) problem and he fixed it. He wouldn't take money for it even though it involved a trip. The repairman was quite knowledgeable and provided related information to avoid similar problems in the future. I am sure we will use Ted Cook when we need repairs or a new heater or air conditioner."

"Fantastic experience. Griff (HVAC technician) was extremely helpful - both in explaining the issue/my options, and fixing our non-functioning central a/c in a timely, cost-sensitive manner. I really appreciate his honesty, as he took the approach of "what would I do if this was my home" rather than fixating on making a big-ticket sale. That ethical approach isn&apos;t taken by everyone out there, and I think it has made me a loyal fan of his work and Easy Air + Heat + Plumbing as a company. Note: they do encourage you to become a "service member" at a rate of $10/month, in order to remove the dispatch fee ($79) and get some extra free maintenance checks each year. That service membership also gets you about a 10% deduction on parts and labor... so keep that in mind if you&apos;re thinking about a high-ticket job."
