"From the quick response to my phone call all the way through the wrap-up project-completion photos and advice, Will shows a level of care and professionalism that can be hard to come by these days. Communication with us was always detailed, complete, accurate, and we knew exactly what to expect throughout. A great example of his attention to detail is the care he took in making sure everything was completed to the level of standard he would apply to his own home - a high standard indeed. Will and his team come highly recommended. We are fortunate to have his company working in this area of SC. I wish all people we hired were this good!"

"I had a patio and driveway extensions poured. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the owner was very responsive. He showed up before and after the work started to review the project. If I have another project, I'll use Prime Concrete again. I highly recommend them; they did an excellent job."

"Donny did a great job fixing my shop. The entire sill plate of the building had been eaten by termites. Donny had to lift the walls in portions and replace the sill and then poured a new concrete foundation over the dirt floor that was in place. The work was done quickly, he always kept the place clean, was respectful and very helpful explaining things and helping us understand what was going on. It was a great experience. I hired Donny again for another foundation repair when a wall on out converted carport was leaking at the base. Donny responded quickly, gave a good quote and got to work. He again left the place very clean and was really easy to work with. If i ever run into an issue I just call Donny."

"Our concrete steps at the front of the house were sinking. They were still in good shape so we weren't looking to replace. Slab science came out and lifted the steps from underneath. It looks great and was very cost effective."

"Very Satisfied. Everybody involved worked ho*** ** all phases ( clearing, pouring concrete, overlay, and finishing) of the project to assure I got exactly what I wanted. They were careful of neighbors properties and cleaned up after themselves every day. Gabriel was extremely patient with my concerns and questions during the planning, clearing and pouring. The overlay crew did a great job. Daniel and Paul were like artists with the color and texture application. I would definitely use these guys again."

"They showed up promptly to quote, and told me they were about a week out for performing the job. They ended up calling when they had a cancellation, and came out to do the job early. They always communicated when they were coming, and showed up on time. They checked along the way to make sure everything was being done to our liking. I will definitely hire them again in the future for any concrete needs!"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Fountain Inn, SC

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
