"G&B recently completed a driveway, sidewalks and patio with fire pit for us and it turned out beautifully. George offered several helpful suggestions for choosing the right color and stamping pattern to really tie the project in with the house. These extra details are why we chose G&B above the others. The crew was prompt on completing the projects as well as courteous and mindful of our neighbors during the job. Highly, highly recommend for any concrete needs."

"We are first time homeowners and had a clogged pipe that resulted in water damage in the basement and damage to our roof from a storm within a few month period. We've never had to file a claim before or deal with this level of damage, and I didn't know where to start (do I call the insurance company, how do I navigate the process?). A friend who had worked with Funari in the past recommended them to me. I'm so glad they did! They did all the work, talked me through the process, and handed me a check at the end. They are professional, competent, and definitely worth their fee. Highly recommend!"

"The backyard blew away our expectations and we would HIGHLY recommend using JMJ Landscaping. We had a loose vision for the backyard and Jason took that vision to the next level recommending innovative approaches to some of the key aspects of the yard including a unique approach to the built in seating, an accent wall with lighting, hooking up the fireplace, paver design, etc. In addition, there was excellent responsiveness and oversight of the project by the Owner, Jason, and that carried over to his team who had great attention to detail and took great pride in their work. We have had a number of different contractors work on our house and JMJ by far was one of the most professional and responsive and all while delivering a high quality end product. Thanks JMJ! <br />"

"Everything went great. I had an inspector come out and give my husband & I a free assessment. The inspector was honest and knew exactly what he was talking about. We decided that night that we wanted to go with this company and they had a crew out the next day! All the guys were professional and got the job done in 2 days. I would recommend this company to everyone."

"From the start of the job, I knew the experience would be satisfactory. Paulo accommodated my schedule and arrived at my home at my preferred meeting time. He analyze the job and kept me informed and involved in every decision. I witnessed Paulo carefully plan the job details then he and his crew execute those plans with precision. My entire 30ft concrete driveway was completed in one day! As my neighbor watched the process, he complimented the quality work and work style. My neighbor, immediately, hired Paulo and his crew to complete their driveway. Paulo and his crew demonstrated respect, consideration, and professionalism throughout the job. Thanks you guys!"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Fountainville, PA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
