"The entire process went pretty well. Bob (sales) called ahead of the appointed time in order to arrive early (yea!), and the installation team (JJ and two younger guys) arrived a bit earlier than expected (yea!). They quickly moved my big furniture and removed the old carpeting and pad. About seven hours later I had brand new carpeting to walk on! After I thoroughly vacuumed the new carpeting I didn't find any real problems except for one visible "seam peak" in the main floor area (and I believe this may become less visible over time)."

"Frank went to the home I was buying, in another state, and got all the measurements he needed. He then came to the home I was selling to give me a personal shopping experience and a quote. The quote was reasonable and we hired them, Once we closed our on home, Quality Flooring came in installed new Vinyl flooring and carpet. They installed everything before the movers delivered our furniture. They did a great job! Everything was done well, done quickly, and all the staff (from sales, to office personal, to install crew) was friendly and professional. Would use them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"GREAT company. I never write reviews, but this time I truly had to. I called 4 companies to try to get this vinyl plank flooring project done, but this company seemed to be the only honest and reliable one. Not only did Chris and his crew do a great job, they were easy to talk to, make me feel comfortable, made sure everything was done exactly as I had wanted, arrived on time (sometimes even a little early!), and were some of the most dilligent and hard working people I have ever met. My father was even blown away by their craftsmanship and their character and he's rarely impressed by anyone. 100% would use them again if I decide to work on my stairs or second floor."

"I would definitely hire Mike again for any flooring project. He did such a great job, my house looks brand new. The flooring and the new stair flooring (oak), along with all the trim he installed looks fantastic."

"My initial experience was positive. The salesperson was very helpful and I chose carpeting that was reasonable for my budget. The installers were punctual and courteous. However, the price in the store for my carpeting was incorrect, and when it came time to pay, the salesperson was pretty rude when I demanded the price that was on the sample in the store. He even refused to let me talk to his boss. After speaking with another salesperson, I was given the price that was in the store and a credit for the extra labor for stairs, which was nice. I'm not totally pleased with the installation. There are air pockets and bumps all over the place, and when I went back to the store, I was told to try sticking pins in the air pockets and if that didn't work, they would come pull up the carpet. I just don't feel like dealing with them anymore, so I'll probably just accept all the imperfections because I don't want to turn my basement upside down to fix them. <br />"

"I cannot say enough good things about Abraham and his team. They were indispensible during a challenging and stressful move. Not only did they do a superb job of installing a ceiling fan to an 18ft ceiling, multiple patch repairs, seamlessly replacing and installing bathroom extractor fans that into non standard sized spaces, filling countless nail holes and repainting, and reattaching a dislodged dishwasher, Abraham did all of this amidst the chaos of a move and made MULTIPLE trips to Home Depot to color match paints when I provided the wrong cans. He was patient, thorough, and went WAY above and beyond any expectations in both service, execution, and generosity. If you have anything you need done in your home, make these guys your first call!"
