His quote was perfectly reasonable and he was professional and very nice without being pushy. Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. They started the process all over again right away and installed it the way we should have chosen in the first place for no extra charge. Use them, you won't be sorry!"

I called 4 companies to try to get this vinyl plank flooring project done, but this company seemed to be the only honest and reliable one. Not only did Chris and his crew do a great job, they were easy to talk to, make me feel comfortable, made sure everything was done exactly as I had wanted, arrived on time (sometimes even a little early!), and were some of the most dilligent and hard working people I have ever met. My father was even blown away by their craftsmanship and their character and he's rarely impressed by anyone. 100% would use them again if I decide to work on my stairs or second floor."

"I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. I'm really pleased with the service I got. I have used Expo several times before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"Install and refinish wood floor: Jim Swan's installed unfinished oak in the office and in the upstairs hallway and refinished a badly damaged foyer and kitchen oak that adjoins the new oak. The finished color is excellent--no more yellow oak on the old floor and all wood blends perfectly. Jordan is an expert. He and Ian were diligent in making sure everything was done well. The customer service provided by Jim and his team was excellent. We plan to have them return next year to replace the carpet with wood in two more rooms."

"Installers did not come on time, two hours late. Then they had to validate that we paid Empire, which took an hour. The estimate of work was totally wrong, we were supposed to get a floating floor but the installers said they could not do that So they instead did a complete teardown of the existing floor and removed all the old tiles. The quarter round was included in the price of the materials but was never installed because we did not get a raised (floating) floor. So I think I was overcharged for the materials which were not used. I spoke to a number of persons at Empire about such issues without any resolution to my satisfaction. Besides all the problems encountered we do like the floor and it nice looking."

After moving forward with the bid, the continued to provide communication even through a couple reschedules due to weather.
