"Gas controller on my boiler was not working. Watkins responded and came within about 4-5 hours. The tech, Al, was very polite and professional. He looked at my controller, diagnosed that the problem was a broken spring and, since it's a "unique" and unavailable part, he modified the existing one and reconnected it stating he wasn't sure it would hold because of how stretched it was. It held for about 3 hours but broke again. I called Watkins again and they scheduled another tech since it was closed to after hours. My original tech took the call even though he was not on call.
