"Initially I had my AC repaired due to a leak. They were upfront about it possibly not holding the Freon..But for a couple of hundred dollars, I wanted to try it over replacing the entire HVAC sysrem. Mine was 33 years old at that point. So the Freon lasted about a month and I said let's just try it one more time and they were willing to try although again they said it probably isn't going to last even with "stop leak" added. Well it lasted about 5 days. So, when I called them to have them install a new HVAC, they took the second service call and credited it to the new HVAC. I have had the new HVAC for about a month, with the Google Nest thermostat and I could not be happier. Tony, JD, Mike and the other guys are the best. Amazing, professional, honest, with a fair to low price. I honestly would have paid more based on other bids. I would say don't even bother with other bids, but that wouldn't he prudent. So, get other bids but go with these guys. I promise you you will not be disappointed. I could not have asked for a better experience!!!"

"2 months ago we had the central air unit and the coil above the furnace replaced everything with marvelous the guys were punctual respectful friendly and did a **** of a job. Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

I knew it was going to cost, because they were upfront with the price estimate. Still, it seemed like a high price. She made an appointment with me. Delroy was scheduled the next day between 8-12am. Delroy arrived promptly within the given time. I expressed my concerns with my only toilet. Delroy, jumped into action. He went to his van. He returned with an auger. He attempted to unclog the toilet upstairs before going to downstairs to the waste pipe and or sewer. Delroy went back to his van and brought in the electric pipe snake. He went down stairs and attempted to unclog the blockage with the machine. 1st,2nd,3rd, attempt to no avail. Delroy remained constant. He manipulated the electric snake in such a way that the clog shattered. He called up stairs to try the toilet. I flushed the toilet. What a relief! Clog is gone. Delroy came upstairs. He brought his tools to the van. He came in and he went over the bill with me. I paid up. Delroy left. Pipe works goes above and beyond! I recommend pipework!"
